Another example: Cal sold out for Furd in 2022 but did not sell out Auburn in 2023. Between those 2 games they lost several staffmembers with institutional knowledge that could have helped with ticket sales. Having people with are building institutional knowledge (who are also preserving that knowledge for others) seems very important. 7) waialae cc: there's not much seth raynor left in the design but tom doak is taking steps to return some of it, love the tight walkable routing with views of diamond head
8) manele: dramatic nicklaus course on lanai but flawed by its cartball routing
