I was struck by no snaps for Starling. Looked like he could be helpful after the Auburn performance. I do not care who starts. Hunter got meaningful snaps and continues to make plays. Josiah Martin getting snaps was good. He has skills. His smooth route running and natural pass catching skills I saw in Spring and Fall remind me a lot of former Cal Bear and NFL WR Bobby Shaw. Shaw is one of the most under appreciated Cal Wrs of all time. But his TDs, catches and YPC are all among the best ever for a Cal WR.
