I feel like the offense has had moments, and are close to putting it all together. They've had a few moments of stupidity. Dychess not falling forward, calling timeout after the first down, holding penalties.

Except the playcall was for Mendoza (and anyone else) not to run - it was a pass playcall on 4th and 1.

Jet has been just a shoestring away from breaking like 3 TDs tonight. Not a lot of bright spots so far but he's definitely one of 'em. And this is gonna be unpopular but I'm really glad they pulled off that fake punt, it didn't lead to points and it highlighted a weakness in our punt return that a better team could have exploited. It's like a 2-pt conversion where a team recognizes you leaving an opening. You'd rather a team you should rollover exposes it so you can fix it rather than a key moment in a big game that you must win. Basically, better now than Miami or someone else doing it to win the game

The o-line has to play better for sure.

On some of these plays, Mendoza needs to be better and get the ball out faster, but on others the line is getting beat almost instantaneously.
