These refs are calling everything, and again Brock is wrong.

Has the student section been warned for doing something twice tonight?
Cal also switched sidelines, so the student section is now behind the visiting team. It was a Pac-12 rule to not allow that to prevent 'incidents'.
LMFAO. Stop doing card stunts. Seriously. It's so low effort now with computers.
It's basically been a "throw cars on the field" stunt for 4 generations now.
It never a penalty until tonight. Flag happy refs but also a consequence of putting the visiting team in front of the students, even for night games?
It has to be the visitors being hit with cards. TBH, throwing things at the visiting bench should be a penalty.
Wilcox is pissed but he didn't think through switching the team benches.

Can we get a penalty quantity update?
That was a tricky-tack call on the hold.Bear_Territory said:
That didn't look like a hold to me.

Its a trend, pass catching and speed are getting prioritized over blocking.Bear_Territory said:

It would be funny if they actually called this. I don't remember it ever being called.GoOskie said:

Looking a little sloppy out there tonight, although that 13-play, 89-yard drive was solid.
Thank you, there are currently 26 total penalties. Cal 11, SDSU 15UrsusTexicanus said:Fortunately, Yahoo is.ducktilldeath said:ESPN isn't even tracking the game "lol".75bear said:

I feel like Thomas' feel for the run and how to set up the blocks has improved massively over the last two games.
Every week we have bands playing through the snap and it never gets called. Total bs each way.Bearly Clad said:
Just to be clear re: card throwing. I've never had an issue with it and it was never a penalty before. And teams like Tennessee didn't even get flagged for their mustard bs a few years ago but once they call the first penalty then cut it out

How did we get our second and third TD's? On a plane and ESPN not listing the plays anymore?

One was on a drive with a big run by Javain Thomas, and finished off by Calloway.NVBear78 said:

Those of you at the game, what are your estimates on the attendance at CMS tonight?
What little they are showing on ESPN makes me think it is better than expected, maybe 35-40k.
