I will forgive them for using CGI to depict the army of the dead and all the other armies, as well. How else would you expect them to develop the story? Extras do cost money. A thousand extras cost lots of money. The Dragons are CGI and where would Dany be without them howling and flying about. there was plenty of personality development in this last episode. In fact, part of the 80 minute program became almost boring because of the interplay between some of the characters. Yet, boom, out of nowhere does Sansa accuse Littlefinger of treason. I haven't read the books, but I'm an avid viewer for the last 4 years and I was quite surprised by that turn of events. I was wondering why last week Sansa sent Brienne away when she was pledged to defend and protect her. Is there a connection between that move and the killing of Littlefinger? Moreover, except for those who have read the books, I was surprised when Jaime left Cersei and when Cersei reneged on her pledge to join Dany and fight the Night Walkers. For us non-readers, I thought the program was very well done and I look forward to next year's edition.
