If the game is cancelled, and not rescheduled, our strength of schedule just got a lot easier. The Huskies may be the toughest team we would have faced this year. That being said, I sure would like to see us beat those guys.

Eh, I kinda think it'd be like going from incredibly difficult to slightly less but still incredibly difficult. @Oregon, @Utah, @Furd, and USC actually being potent at home will still be a gauntlet.

Let's call this what it is . . . A Cal victory. Both teams had an offensive series. They went three and out. We got two first downs. We win, case closed.
So what's the history on cancellation of games that had started? Cal cancelations in particular? Rutgers in 2001 because of 9/11, which was our only win that season - last game in late November IIRC, but obviously cancelled way before it started.
Cal and UW are the only two teams who have played each other since every season since the inception of P12/P10/P8/PCC. Gotta play this game.

Slovis is playing pretty damn well for a 3* QB that was lightly recruited. 17 for 20 and 249 yards in the first half for SC. Wish we could see that from Garbers. Wasn't he a 4*?going4roses said:
