I don't believe for a second these players aren't good enough for the Pac12. Put this same group under a good staff and they are at least not embarrassing.
No, he has nothing to do with injuries that preclude Craig from playing and Daltoso from playing at full strength. Cal's problem to zero depth at key positions. Only recruiting can solve that problem.LunchTime said:71Bear said:If the OL gives you no time, you have no chance. Cal is completely overwhelmed at this point. Baldwin has nothing to do that.....PtownBear1 said:
Last series was quintessential Baldwin offense
Baldwin has nothing to do with the offenses production?

They have a receiver named Andre Bocelli?
Man I don't know. UW is most often just bringing four against our OL and letting all the LBs play coverage first. When this happens, the OL is giving enough time to Garbers but Garbers is not hitting his targets well and whoever is targeted will have a LB right on top of him. Every now and then a couple UW LBs come and Garbers is not making a hot read and getting the ball out quick. A lot of this has to be on the offensive play call and play design. Some of it is an overmatched OL, some of it kind of looks like Garbers is slow reading the D or gun shy pulling the trigger.HoopDreams said:
idk
looks like the OL is over whelmed
the one time OL gave garbers lots of time he couldn't find a receiver and then tucked it (then hold)
maybe receivers not open?
next play garbers throws it way off target and out of bounds
then a 3rd? 4th sack?
do we have anything to work with on offense?

But you can't believe that a limited QB, a bad O Line, and mediocre WRs would lead to an inept offense on the road vs a decent team?
