Well, we always extend the last coach before we fire him, so we end up paying for two coaches at a time.

Are you kidding? Modster has aired it out a few times already, including twice on one drive! However, he is not accurate and our receivers can't catch!
This game made is very obvious to me that play calling is not the problem. Execution is. To the extent that execution is a result of preparation and talent it is on Wilcox and Baldwin (and DeRuyter), but play calling is NOT what is holding us back.
