I agree, but to be fair even though those balls are catchable they aren't exactly strikes. They are the plays one might expect good receivers to make but Cal's receivers aren't even average. With our receivers the ball needs to be on the money.

Garbers just shown laughing with Ricky C our '20 NT recruit on the sideline. They were having a laugh and smiling. Chase doesn't look to be in a lot of pain. Still haven't seen Brown on the sideline
He's on the sidelines but wasn't holding a helmet. They didn't confirm anything.

Well, the earlier drop on 3&19 was perfect and hit the receiver in both hands. Other than handing it to him, I'm not sure that could have been any easier. It's easier to forgive the occasional difficult catch off the receiver's hands if they're not also dropping the easy ones off their hands.

Can they review for targeting after the play? They stopped the play to review a catch? I would think this was more serious?
