Your duty to the motherland (vis a vis pretend loyalty to your own country) is well-noted and appreciated. You have carefully undertaken the gradual process of arriving at Big Brother's stated position that 2 + 2 = 5. Prost! Now, keep on this path of strong Ruble so that we can speak in one voice that declares that this war is not a Russian invasion that could be ended at any time, but it is instead Ukrainian aggression, and that the best diplomacy for America and the West is to be fearful and respectful of Russia and give to her everything she demands and act like this is peace or justice or equitable (frankly we don't care what excuse you make up). Your vow to always align with Russia's interest and project onto that fictional American interest is your sworn and sacred duty. Again, PROST!!!!
PS: here is a link to good boot polish for Putin & a quick video that speaks simply and directly to the truths we must continue to ignore and counter. 2 + 2 = 5? Long live the Ruble! PROST COMRADES!!

Day of Commemoration of the Death of OUN Leader Stepan Bandera
By

2021-10-15
On 15th October 2021, we commemorate the 62nd anniversary of the death of OUN leader Stepan Bandera. The Ukrainian Youth Association, as a youth and nationalistic organisation, strongly upholds Bandera as a righteous hero of Ukraine and a symbol of a fighting Ukraine.
Let us ask, why are monuments to Stepan Bandera being erected, why are books being written about Stepan Bandera, why are films made about Stepan Bandera, why is Bandera revered in all corners of Ukraine and far beyond, why are we naming Stepan Bandera as patrons of our branches?
Unlike many leaders of the past and present, Stepan Bandera never betrayed his convictions, never renounced his ideals not before the threat of losing a government position, ministerial portfolio or comfortable life, but before the threat of losing his own freedom and life.
Please show me the post where I said that every Ukrainian throughout history was a saint. Tell me, are there more authoritarian anti-democratic people in Russia or Ukraine? Is one country attempting to move further to the West than the other--because really it is the nations we are concerned with not individual *******s. And finally, are there any examples of heinous criminals in Russia's past?...oh, wait, you mean they are alive and well and in charge of Russia today?Cal88 said:
Stepan only served as the leader of largest SS division in WW2 for just a couple of years, and has only killed 100,000 Jews and Poles, OK maybe 150,000, tops, but his heart wasn't really into it, he is all about the Ukrainian vaterland, 100%.

Hungarian Conservative: The War Could Have Ended Months Ago But the West Didn't Want It To
Washington's goal in aiding Ukraine is to 'see Russia weakened'
Fiona Hill wrote: "'According to multiple former senior U.S. officials we spoke with, in April 2022, Russian and Ukrainian negotiators appeared to have tentatively agreed on the outlines of a negotiated interim settlement: Russia would withdraw to its position on February 23, when it controlled part of the Donbas region and all of Crimea, and in exchange, Ukraine would promise not to seek NATO membership and instead receive security guarantees from a number of countries.'"

The main tool that is being used in an attempt to weaken Russia is Ukrainian cannon fodder. Some reports now emerging indicate that the total number of Ukrainian soldiers killed since February is between 200,000 and 300.000.
How much more "weakening" do you suggest we should do?
Which reports are saying that 200,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed?
Link, please.

For the moment, Washington remains blind to these developments. Whether in print, radio, television, or online, the narrative is clear: despite horrific lossesat least 400,000 Ukrainian battlefield casualties including 100,000 soldiers killed in actionUkrainian forces are winning. Moreover, the narrative says, America's financial and economic dominance will ultimately overwhelm the deceptively weak Russian economy.

I honestly know little about the man or holiday, but I will take it on faith that you have represented this fairly. But you dodged my response. And STILL I stand by that this is weak and irrelevant. 50% stand by Trump. There was an American Nazi party. We had a national holiday for Christopher Columbus who committed genocide. Etc. I guess Canada should invade.Cal88 said:blungld said:Please show me the post where I said that every Ukrainian throughout history was a saint. The point here that you are sidestepping, is that Stepan Bandera is actually revered as a saint in western and central Ukraine, and that the Kiev government has imposed by force the cult of Bandera on the south and east of the country, for whom this man and the movement he created is the enemy that their grandparents fought against and died.
That is a plain fact, Bandera has a freaking official national holiday imposed on Ukraine, on the first day of the year, no less*. Instead of Rose Bowl parades on January 1st, they have night torch marches in the streets of Kiyv and Lviv on Stepan Bandera National Holiday, attended by thousands. At least this year the torches will actually functional, providing light and heat that will be missing:
Even before the war, Russia, warts and all, was more democratic than Ukraine, where severe restrictions have been placed on the use of the native language of one third of the country, and where opposition parties have been banned, and where the economy is still run by oligarchs who fund neo-nazi militias to maintain their grip over Ukraine. That is why Ukraine, which used to be the richest, most advanced province in the USSR, has been three times poorer per capita than Russia, literally the poorest and most corrupt country in Europe.
*Two national holidays actually, October 15 also being some kind of a solemn national day, so he's right up there with Jesus Christ, who is the only other figure whose birth and death are both commemorated with national holidays.
Last I heard they are also contributing. Team effort!movielover said:

You disgust me with your partisan stupidity. Ukraine is being invaded and you try to turn it into a political issue, not to mention you are a hypocrite with your stances.
Russia invades a sovereign country. The US responds with bipartisan approval by supporting the invaded country, yet its democrats starting a proxy war. If the US changes course and stops supporting Ukraine, it will be democrats being weak.
People are dying in Ukraine, a country is being erased off the face of the earth, this is a serious issue, this goes beyond partisan politics, yet you turn it into another partisan issue. You disgust me.
And what is he getting for his efforts? Was Biden actually weak?movielover said:
Putin again saw weakness, and moved to unite Eastern Ukraine.
I see, so Putin only invaded because Biden is weak but if it turns out Biden wasn't weak then it means Biden must have been creating the war on purpose.movielover said:
Weak, sleepy, on vacation, or a purposeful war set up. Who knows.
I believe the goal is Eastern Ukraine as an independent region. Complicated area.
The word Democrat was attached to the party that supported Southern racism many decades ago, so that means that today the Democrats are racists? Nice logic. You see, racism is a word that is applied to a person or group's ideology and actions. So, the way language works is you describe today's Republicans as backing and installing racist policy, not the party that has the name of people who decades ago backed and supported racist policy. See how that works?movielover said:
Yes, the Democrats did give us the Klan.
So he spotted a "beta" who called out Putin's invasion before he did it, has helped arm and train the Ukrainians so that they have ground down Putin's army and are currently pushing them back out of the territory they thought they'd conquered, and has also largely united Europe to support his plan for stopping Russia.movielover said:

You and Cal88 have really terrible comeback game.
This is the most childish idiotic interpretation of reality I've heard. You have a president in Trump who gave Putin everything he wanted and deferred to him and praised him and believed him over US intelligence and wanted to build a hotel in Moscow and had to issue sanctions forced by Congress over his objections...and this is who you think was tough on Russia? Unbelievable what you will convince yourself to believe even when Russia's first military action against Ukraine in this chapter of the conflict happened during the Trump presidency, and when of course Putin has little motivation to move with military when his diplomatic and disinformation tactics to weaken Ukraine and NATO are working so well under the useful idiot Trump. Trump green-lighted Putin time and time again even working to his favor in the final weeks in his order to withdraw from Afghanistan.movielover said:
Putin recognized Obama's weakness, and took Crimea. Biden and Blinken lost Afghanistan in historic fashion, and simultaneously armed the terrorists for decades while giving away our Military technology. Putin again saw weakness, and moved to unite Eastern Ukraine. Tangentially, the Biden family is entangled in Ukranian corruption. Not pretty.

It should have never started. (Blinken was allegedly conferring w the Chicoms beforehand.)
And what exactly does a Putin loss look like. Really. He has tactical nuclear weapons, Ukraine has lost hundreds of thousands of men. Europe is in a recession, maybe worse.
We didn't need a proxy war with Russia. Let vodka, a low birth rate, and brain drain diminish Mother Russia. Putin will pass. No. No. The MIC, State Dept, and Blinken need a war. ... let me guess, if a peace deal finally is signed next year, Sleepy Joe will take credit. Gotcha. The bully should never have been let loose.

FALSE:
- a record forty-plus rounds of sanctions slapped on Russia during the Trump Administration
- Javalina missles sent to Ukraine
- fought Europe and Germany's Nord Stream 2 plans
- obtained tens of Billions of dollars - unprecedented - from NATO countries for military needs
"wanted to build a hotel in Moscow"
Yes, Donald Trump did business all over the world; but the FBI, DNC, and Hillary for President failed with the fabricated pee pee tape, fake FISA warrants, and multiple disproven Hoaxes... and Steele dossier subsource Igor OK was a Brookings Institute employee, who was then paid $200,000... by our FBI... to hide him, as he knew it was all lies!
"and had to issue sanctions forced by Congress over his objections"
- both sides offered sanctions.
" Trump green-lighted Putin time and time again even working to his favor in the final weeks in his order to withdraw from Afghanistan."
Twisting yourself in a pretzel to defend Blinken (Obama's C Team) and Biden. Though a LOT of military leaders had to go along w leaving $50 Billion plus in military equipment in the ME.
"To you (today) the kid who is bullied at school and whose lunch money is stolen and who is terrified by the bully and blah blah blah... "
I prefer the war veteran Olympic gold gloves boxer, maybe one of Pappys Boys, telling Bluto to not touch any kid on the playground. Or else. You prefer calling in counselors, calling the Superintendent, cowered conversations, therapy, and then "restorative justice" after Johhny or Darryl is pummeled. Don't let the bully swing!

I'm an Independent. Dr. Carson lost, too nice of a man. He was targeted and likely spied on, as well. Trump exposed how corrupt the Swamp is, DC, DNC, the whole UniParty, MSM narrators, all of them. Some polls show Latinos swinging heavily Conservative. We'll see.
