Today's update: on day 462 of Putin's 3 day war, things are going great for Russia.

Here's Russian pravda claiming that debris from a "falling drone" caused a refinery fire. That's like claiming that "falling bombs" caused fires in Dresden.

Russian propaganda being spread by junk websites like CFP (which famously was used by a maroon on BI to promote a wildly false accusation early in COVID based on a fake graphic) is claiming that Ukraine is selling arms to Mexican cartels. Even more laughable, they are citing a report in Mexico that makes no such claim even though Twitter is annotating the claims as being false.

Make no mistake though, Russians are taking notice of what's happening in Russian border areas and Russia's failure to prevent it.

This of course is leading to even more infighting among the war criminals. I'm sure the shills are just itching to tell us how the friendly fire is actually a sign of Russia's success in Ukraine.

MacGregor is an absolute idiot.
You mean a military historian and author of five books whose novel and new military strategies pique the interest of Israel and others. An actual field commander, not a social 'scientist'.

Idiot arguably and justly falls to the likes of Hunter Biden and Anthony Blinken.
He has a proven track record as a military tactician. That skill is totally and completely unrelated to politics and the like. Many of the things he says are asinine, removed from logic and reality. He is the classic example of a highly educated person or person that is highly skilled in one area, who is functionally stupid in key other areas.

Promoting the idea that Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland and Estonia are going to attack Russia should result in MacGregor being put in a corner with a dunce cap on, never to be heard from again.

He looks like Einstein on steroids compared to the tinfoil hat imbeciles who have sent over 400,000 men to their unnecessary deaths, gutted a country, a b d proven NATO a paper tiger.

Maybe the WEF / NATO want to speed up the death of another 'non minority' nation.

This was over last February. I'm not quite sure why any of you all are still talking about it.

The first five days Russian forces I think frankly were too gentle. They've now corrected that. So, I would say another 10 days this should be completely over.

Book it.

After your head stops shaking, tell me why the Battle of Bakhmut was so important.

Because we know that if the Russian army goes against the Ukranian army, straight on, they are probably going to win because superior forces. But why was winning in Bakhmut so important? What Russia needs to do is to take strategic areas and then hold them, long term, whereas Ukraine just needs to keep them from doing that.

Honestly, I am getting a little sick of one side here saying how Russia is totally winning... and the other side saying how Ukraine is totally winning. Partisan assessments?

Being the biggest battle since WWII is one thing, importance another.
Can you name some other battles in Europe since WW2?

This is sort of like claiming we had the heaviest snowfall in San Francisco since 1900. There aren't many such events to compare it to.

In Europe, there was the war between Greece and Turkey in Cyprus and the wars in Yugoslavia, which are still simmering today in Kosovo.

In that time period, Ukraine has lost over half its population, one fifth of its territory,
and almost all of the 600,000 strong army it started the war with.

All of this could have been avoided with a Minsk III type agreement over a year ago, if it weren't for Boris Johnson, cookie monster Nuland and Co.

No new wars with "Orange Man". In fact, President Trump reportedly nixed at least four (4) wars during his time in office. At least three times the neocons / MIC wanted to attack Iran, including over a drone.

Yup.

The only thing that the 45th President of the United States did was create an environment
for a seditious insurrection on our Capitol on Jan. 6th as he tried to prevent/suspend/postpone the certification of our election as mandated by the U.S. Constitution.

Your logic is about as twisted as a pretzel.

You mean the famous Horned Man escorted through the Capitol by security guards?

Notice how the FBI is keeping thousands of hours of videotape hidden in violation of Brady? Yet ringleader Epps - alleged government plant - is allowed to walk free?

Even IF Epps was a ringleader, it doesn't absolve anyone that chose to break laws that day. Most of us learned when we were 6 that "Johnny told me to do it!" wasn't a valid defense.

Notice that you have completely avoided answering my question about why Lauren Boepert was "tweeting" the House Speaker's location on Jan. 6th.

You're not a credible poster here genuinely interested in engaging in honest discourse.

More blatant lies.

Putin doesnt have any interest in a Minsk agreement. They claim they do, but they dont. You keep saying they do, but they dont. Putin would not have said Ukrainians are not a people if he wanted a Minsk agreement.

All 3 non-Russian signatories of the original Minsk agreements, Merkel, Hollande and the Ukrainians came out and flat out stated that they had no intent of abiding by that peace treaty, that it was only signed in order to gain more time to rearm Ukraine. I've provided plenty of conclusive evidence to that effect.

Unfortunately the members of the Ukraine death cult somehow are not able to absorb this basic fact, or other evidence of Russia wanting a negotiated settlement in Istanbul, with facilitators like Israeli PM Bennett stating that NATO has scuttled these peace talks.

Trump didn't have the balls to leave Afghanistan
Cal88
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Trump wanted to leave Syria as well, he was disobeyed by the MIC blob, who fed him false information about the extent of US troops presence in that country.

As well, it appears that the decision taken by Biden's people to leave Afghanistan was driven by the fact that they wanted to concentrate on waging war against Russia in Ukraine, and China in Taiwan, rather than by some altruistic antiwar impulse to end the 20-year occupation of that country.

Trump wanted to leave Syria
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/10/13/us/politics/mark-esper-syria-kurds-turkey.html

The DC Uniparty/MIC blob opposed him:
https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-syria-security-turkey-usa-congress-idUKKBN1WM1ZG

And the military establishment lied to him about the extent of US military presence in Syria:

retiring diplomat Jim Jeffrey... acknowledges that his team routinely misled senior leaders about troop levels in Syria.

"We were always playing shell games to not make clear to our leadership how many troops we had there,"
Jeffrey said in an interview. The actual number of troops in northeast Syria is "a lot more than" the roughly two hundred troops Trump initially agreed to leave there in 2019.
