I believe the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is a genuine right and will always be greater than the right to own and use a particular for profit product. If valuing life over profit makes me hyper-woke so be it. But I've cared about people long before the NRA created the narrative you are now attempting, and failing, to use to try to shape the debate.

Radical left people care about this issue more than others? Source, have you done a survey to determine the political demographics of those affected by mass shootings. All I know is that 2 of the biggest anti-gun advocates, Gabby Giffords of Arizona, herself a victim of a mass shooting, and the Parkland, Florida high school kids are from red states.
Speaking of being radical. Nothing smacks of radical politics more than calling a bunch of people names just because they care and then polarizing people into political extremes based on your weak-ass, baseless and fact-less opinions.
I hope you keep in mind that Alex Jones used a lot of the same rhetoric on the internet that you do until he was sued for millions of dollars. But keep it up. I need the money.
anti-second amendment commies? Communism has rarely existed and usually deconstructs into totalitarianism as it did under Mao in China. The Soviet Union was never communist. They were socialist but were more likely fascist under Stalin. People that care about other people obviously cannot be anything other than communist, even though that does not exist in America and never has. People on the "left" have consistently expressed a politics that cares about others. What is wrong with that? Well, for you, a troll of fascist oligarchic power hiding behind "gun rights" and other stooges for their truly anti-American and tyrannical beliefs, there is plenty wrong. For you never really believed in Democracy, the constitution or anything else truly American. You just have trouble sharing power with people you don't like, people likes trans people or teaching teaching critical race theory, or planned parenthood helping young people navigate their sexual awakening, or single poor mothers needing health care paid for.
Whatever it is you believe about your right to own guns, you do not have a right, under the 2nd amendment or otherwise, to exercise it without appropriate government regulation. That is specifically stated in the 2nd amendment, or did you even both to read before mouthing off about it.
Oh and, by the way, shouldn't we also add an amendment to the constitution for every product that we are afraid to lose. According to your logic we should also have an amendment to the constitution for driving and cars. Of course, if we did that, the government would be required to take your car away if you mis-use it. Now, all they can do is take your license and/or registration.
You see the 2nd amendment actually requires the government to regulate and/or take your gun because that is what happens with constitutional law. Cars and driving are governed only by statutes. Your paranoia about losing your AR-47 love child does not become worse by removing the 2nd amendment. You would still have the ability to have your murder weapon by your side in bed and you could make love to it all you want without the 2nd amendment, as long as you are doing it legally.
The reason why the 2nd amendment exists and should be repealed is it makes it to easy for anti-american and seditious folks like (maybe you?) to try to overthrow the government Jan. 6 style, which, BTW, was the last openly anti-American action carried out by a political party and it was not the left and it was not commies and it was not hyper-woke people.
According to the office of homeland security, the biggest security threat to America today is via gun-toting white nationalists. So, yeah, maybe look in the mirror first before lecturing folks on who is anti-American.
One thing I can guarantee you, fascists have under-estimated the left since the inception of this country over 200 years ago. We, the left, will stand against fascism non-violently in the country and, as has always been the case, will win enough support from the moderates and independents to successfully quell you truly extreme and bigoted authoritarians, no matter how much name calling you do to try to manipulate the narrative.
You are emboldened until you discover, each and every time, you aren't in the majority....not even close.
But keep making that miscalculation and keep talking big, calling people things they aren't etc.
Keep pushing the envelope and the narrative farther to the right and one day you too might find yourself in court with your pockets being emptied by the woman holding the scales.
