This should go down in history.
Several angles.
1) it's like the guy doesn't get "people" well and is on the spectrum. Someone told him how to be a showman, so he's been appearing on stage dancing around, making a spectacle of himself to try and create excitement. But his instincts are not solid, he's actually not cool, he's actually not one of the crowd, and so the attempts are ultimately falling flat.
2) I'm reminded of Dukakis in the tank. Not a winning picture.

So is OpenAI, whose business model was destroyed by DeepSeek. Self-driving software/tech is becoming a commodity, with Chinese manufacturers now throwing it in into their EV for next to nothing.
Tesla is going to have a floor, because it will be shielded from Chinese competition in the US and possibly European markets. They might also have a lot of military applications in robotics, a sector that is going to surge later this decade, but I don't think the prospects of their core business, EVs, are nearly as good as their valuation suggests.
Tesla up to $292 now. Shorting at $225 was SAD. Update ... Now $275.
