This is once again Trump spiking the football after Democrats moved the ball down the field. The poverty rate Great Recession peak was 15.1%. Obama brought that down to 12.7%. Biden inherited 11.5% and brought it down to 10.7%. In 2025 it went down to 10.2%. Thank you Obama and Biden.
