But that absurdity is trumped by the fact the WNBA presumptively has to allow him to play because their policy statements have been rooted in how one identifies. Yes, they said he ineligible because it is a publicity stunt. It's always bothered me that that "great" lake was named Ontario and not America. Canada can call it whatever they want, but they better hurry because after we annex them, they will forfeit that right.

Since I work for the government, he can make me use his preferred name. However, I can't think of any conceivable situation where I'd have to make a reference to one of the Great Lakes. I haven't had to mention the Gulf Of America or it's predecessor yet. I do feel for my mid American colleagues though.

Since Lake Ontario is named after a Canadian province, why not rename it Lake New York? It could be worse. At least it's not Lake Trump. Maybe he's saving that until he gets angry enough with Europe and then we'll be flying over the Trump Ocean.

In a effort of unity President Donald Trump is going to rename a major landmark after California Gov. Gavin Newsom.

On Sept. 1st Trump is going to rename the San Andreas Fault to "Newsom's Fault".
