This team has all the parts to be very good. They just need to get healthy, play smart, and be more consistent. Lots of talent on both sides of the ball.

For 60+ years, Cal students throw the cards for the card stunts as far as they can after the stunts. Tonight the students were warned and twice penalized 15 yards for it. I think it is because we switched sides for the team benches with the visitors now in front of the Cal student section.

I admit I didn't even notice this. In years past, they had always been on the other sideline near the students; I didn't realize they'd moved.

Peculiar that they'd penalize them just now after six decades of doing this.
