because Pac-12 officials.

crown of the helmet to shoulder, shoulder pad to helmet. maybe borderline but he dropped his head and plays 5x less problematic are now routinely called targeting by Pac-12 crews.

Stop fair catching inside the 10! I'd rather take the chance and see it bounce into end zone or back the other way a few yards.

It used to be punt returners wouldn't catch a ball at less than the 10 yard line. Now I see them catch it short of the 10 all the time. What's the deal? Have punters got better at spinning the ball in reverse?
