Ahh, back to this again.BREAKING: Jimmy Kimmel announces his interview with Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico will NOT air on ABC tomorrow, saying Trump’s FCC has threatened him, his show, ABC, its affiliates, and local stations over “simple traditional editorial decisions” and guest… pic.twitter.com/VitDtSjHet

Ahh yes, back to following federal law.
How does that follow? As he noted, late-night talk shows have politicians on all the time.
They are required to give equal airtime
Not enforced for decades and only now enforced in the most convenient way possible for the current government. An old-school small-government conservative should never support this, especially if you also complained about censorship from the Biden people.
So laws shouldn't be enforced?
We all know that law enforcement have discretion on when to enforce certain laws and my contention is that the Trump Administration is currently doing so capriciously and to advance its own political interests. My evidence is that political candidates used to go on late-night talk shows all the time and the government never complained about it until this bunch showed up.
My evidence is that the law is the law and it should be followed or changed. The law makes sense to me and I support it as is.
