The focus is also on a specifically British problem of grooming gangs, it's not even about immigration in Europe. The UK has a high rate of single mothers, nearly twice that the rest of Europe, and a more limited social welfare structure than on the continent, which leaves a lot of young women vulnerable to grooming gangs and pimps. As well the UK has had a long history of pedo predators in high places and that has translated into lax enforcement of grooming gangs.

SCOTUS ruled former presidents have immunity but that ruling happened during the Biden administration.

Again, Trump didn't pardon himself prior to leaving office in his first term.
