Not sure who to root for in this one, the Lions aren't mathematically eliminated, but their chances are relatively low. The Steelers can afford to lose this one if they beat the Ravens, their primary rivals, in 2 weeks.

It is highly likely some team is going to use a high draft pick on Fernando and then they are going to play him.

Yes I guess we could claim Mendoza, and he is indeed likely to start next season.

Rodgers might indeed return as he is leading the Steelers to the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

So whether we can claim him or not, Mendoza is definitely a "former Cal QB" and I think that is why he said "for a short time." Maybe he was even thinking Goff and Rodgers in the playoffs?

It sucks the Lions have to play on Thanksgiving and four days before Thanksgiving.

And they have to play on Christmas Day and four days before Christmas Day.

I do care as exhibited by my haul today. Big sale going on at ASUC. Campus was empty today.
