It's almost entirely unvaccinated people at this point. The vaccines appear to be holding, even against Delta. It's possible that with widespread of Delta that won't always be the case, but there is certainly reason to be hopeful at this point.

Yeah, people often misinterpret the "efficacy" number. That's just against further infection. The effectiveness against DEATH from COVID is still up in the 90s for all the vaccines.

The danger is that with continued spread we could see a new variant that fully evades the vaccines, but that hasn't happened yet.
