All right could have been much worse. Basically starting the half 0-0. Thrilled Coe made 2 field goals even though those would have been automatic for most college kickers. Bodes well for the rest of the season.

Viewed from alternate angle, wasn't really a whiff, it was the ball arm pulling away from a tackle/strip, so it looked like he was "throwing" the elbow with the ball tucked in it.

Fair enough, but you could hear the "ohh" from the crowd over the TV feed. It looked worse that it probably was and didn't connect so it is a moot point.
If we play solid, get another INT, and have one explosive play for a TD we can have a really HUGE win. This is there for us.

And they were automatic for Coe, so we're all good! We really had too small a sample size to judge him after three games. And these are the first real pressure situation field goals he's been asked to kick. He got the job done easily and effectively.
