IIRC, Professor Tim White built about 8% of his Anthro 1 course at Cal around taking down Richard Leakey's findings and his personal and professional credentials to even have findings.

Wow, this one kinda hits home because he was only a little older than me and, in the '90s, I had more than one person say that he and I looked alike (I guess a little bit).

I remember well seeing/hearing his raunchy side in the movie "The Aristocrats". It was surprising, if you had never seen him do stand-up before.
