Can you imagine anything more gross than listening to Hillary Clinton talk about censorship on the Rachel Maddow show?
How come Bill doesn't say these kind of things?dajo9 said:

I don't think he's Yogi, despite the over the top Democrats are the root of all evil nature of many of his posts. He has actually admitted being wrong once or twice and Yogi NEVER does that. Once you get past the absolutism of his initial posts on topics, he seems like he's not as bitter and angry as Yogi.concordtom said:HawaiiBear33 said:

I saw Joe Biden's hair plugs!
You know, the fact that you posted that nonsensical collage, along with the fact that you just joined Aug 14 and yet know my story tells me that you are Yogi.
Therefore, I am blocking you and won't be chatting with you again - at least not in your current iteration.
Goodbye and good luck.
May life bring you peace, health and happiness.

As a legal matter, no books were banned - you and a person in any state can pretty much buy any book you want (with the exception of illegal materials such as child porn). You are spreading disinformation, which is both humorous and ironic.bearister said:
"You don't seem to understand free speech."
Well, we can't all be experts.
My observation is that the biggest whiners on the Right regarding Free Speech are the ones that got called on spreading disinformation (and banning books). It brings to mind when after there were a few large sexual harassment verdicts in the 1990's, the two guys that sexual harassers in my firm were whining, "Gee, you can't even have a conversation with a secretary anymore."
LOl - the fact that it took you so many words to make such an unconvincing case for book "defacto banning" makes my point. A book was not banned if it can be purchased and remains generally available. No books were banned - that is a fact.bearister said:
If I'm using political rhetoric regarding book banning, then you are playing semantic games. The defacto book banning occurring in the educational system is mission creeping into the public library system (we all know the end game) in some Red states. See this Wikipedia article (read entry on Mississippi Public Library system) and read the notes for the original source material if you are one of those "dismiss Wikipedia with a flippant remark but never rebut the factual assertions made" kind of guys:

As far as your claim that it is disinformation to claim tRump is tied to Project 2025, the research in the articles below support a colorable argument that the circumstantial evidence makes it far more likely than not that tRump knows all about Project 2025 and intends to consult it and its drafters should he win the election:
Trump claims not to know who is behind Project 2025. A CNN review found at least 140 people who worked for him are involved | CNN Politics
https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/11/politics/trump-allies-project-2025/index.html
The publisher of Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation, has deep ties to tRump and has boasted that the GOP presidential nominee carried out roughly two-thirds of its 2015 recommendations within a year of taking office the first time:
Trump Administration Embraces Heritage Foundation Policy Recommendations | The Heritage Foundation
https://www.heritage.org/impact/trump-administration-embraces-heritage-foundation-policy-recommendations
What is your evidence to support tRump's denial that he knows nothing about Project 2025 or has any ties to it? tRump's own words? The man is a pathological liar and the people, events and documents that he has claimed he had no knowledge of, when demonstrably he does, could fill the pages of a tRump Bible. This is why he can never take the witness stand in court.
This video explains the evidence supporting the allegation that tRump was lyin' like Peter denying Jesus three times when during the debate he said knew naught of Project 2025:
You can redeem yourself by being honest and not engaging in the same dissembling and false rhetoric that you accuse Trump of. You can redeem yourself by decrying and acknowledging Kamala's lying to the same extent you complain about Trump's. But you don't and you can't - because you're broken and Trump lives inside your head. That makes you a hypocrite.bearister said:
