He built the team though. He's good at that. Good at making it a "family." Not good at strategy, prep, or game management. It's maddening. It's embarrassing, really. The stat card showing 8th year as head coach, and massive losing record says it all. Nowhere but cal is this ok.


Wilcox isn't good at anything.


He can lick his lips better than anyone!


He is good at fooling Cal ADs and fans, looks like what they want in a coach, and parlayed that into a $5 million a year salary with 11 years guaranteed in the contract.
