Freedom Fuel itself isn't a defendant. The lawsuit does not accuse the Freedom Fuel Network or its individual stations of stealing fuel or failing to pay Mansfield.

KRSM denies it. Its attorney says this is an accounting dispute involving allegedly incorrect or mispriced invoices. Syed Kazmi has also claimed that some charges appeared to have been double-counted.

There is no established Trump/KRSM connection and the White House says the administration had "zero contact or dealings" with KRSM or Kazmi.
