That's interesting ... But, in case you forgot or are purposely misremembering, you earlier said

"I want to see Diesel go to $10 a gallon in Middle America in time for Thanksgiving.

Just to make sure that MAGA understands who they voted for."

Well, it is under $6 in Kansas City. There is a long way to go to get your desire.

And, yes, Diesel would go to $10 in CA well before middle America. We all know California policy makes Californians have gas prices up to 60% higher than "middle America."

Are you in favor of the smog CA used to have?

No, I am not in favor of smog. Gas is much cleaner now in every state. I am also in favor of public transportation and EVs. Unlike TDS sufferers, I appreciate Tesla .

Because you complain about the smog remedies so it seems like you are in favor of a return to smog

A) There are other smog remedies
B) There are other reasons gas prices are high in California other than pure smog remedies.

It seems like the typical conservative approach of wanting something for nothing

For obvious reasons, this is misinformation.
You are comparing apples (October futures) with that of oranges (November futures).

Thus, the 12% drop is terribly erroneous and deceiving.

You clearly compared 2 DIFFERENT FUTURES CONTRACTS.

October had an intraday high of $106.75
And then you quoted that it was currently trading at $93.87 which was not true.

You quoted the NOVEMBER contract.

November is the current front-month contract that is being traded and quoted because the October contract expires tomorrow.

You mixed "apples" and "oranges" and didn't even realize it.
As a result, you claimed a deeper drop in crude oil prices (12%) than actually happened.

Please educate yourself.
This will be the last time I post about your misinformation.
It's a CULT.

At this rate, the whataboutBiden crowd won't be able to say that the average gas price under Sleepy Joe was higher than under Trump.

And of course, Diesel has already SET A RECORD UNDER TRUMP.
Not very good timing given that harvest time is incredibly diesel intensive.

Thanks DONALD!

Is this your attempt at self awareness? If y'all are going to rip people for arguing that gas prices were higher under Biden, please don't be foolish enough to show a graphic where gas prices are higher under Biden, even if things are trending in the wrong direction.

Well, it is at $6.20 in Kansas City (was just under $6 two days ago). There is a long way to go to get your desire.

According to AAA, diesel was well over $6.00 in Missouri this past weekend.
It's now averaging $6.34 in the state of Missouri.

Just in time for the harvest season.

Once again, you're mistaken.
