T^rump is working very hard to make up that deficit.

It was Biden and the climate change cult who worked hard to kill American energy.

It is Trump and Endless War for Israel who is working hard to kill the world economy.

Trump, Israel, and Elon are not going to send out robots to slap around women, gays, and enslave people. They're not radical Muslims.

CALIFORNIA GAS PRICES WILL ALWAYS BE HIGHEST IN THE NATION.

AND CALIFORNIANS WILL ALWAYS VOTE DEMOCRAT.

AND REPUBLICANS WILL ALWAYS START "FOREVER" WARS.

War or no war, California has the highest gas prices in the country. Even Hawaii which has to ship every drop of oil to the islands pays much less.

Why?

The war of choice waged for Israel is adding ~$2 to every gallon not just to California, but everywhere else, in case you haven't noticed.

I'm aware of it because America's enemies remind us.

But do Californians know why their gas prices are highest in the nation?

Trump inherited a 2017 oil price of $53 and 2025 price of $73.

Obama inherited a low gas price too but only because of the Great Recession. Bush's wars and the housing bubble drove gas up from about $30 to $140. In that environment oil hovered around $100 for many years under Obama until dropping in half during Obama's 2nd term.

Obama had very little to do with oil prices dropping.

The EIA's explanation is much more market-driven. U.S. shale production surged, global demand growth weakened, disrupted production, particularly Libya, returned to the market, and OPEC chose in late 2014 not to cut production to support prices. EIA identifies those factors as the primary causes of the roughly 50% decline in crude prices during the second half of 2014.

So good domestic and international environment for production.

Thank you Obama

The favorable environment was more the result of market and geopolitical conditions than a deliberately engineered Obama oil strategy.

Domestically, the U.S. was in the middle of the shale revolution. Horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing drove U.S. crude production from about 5.4 million barrels/day in January 2010 to more than 8.6 million by August 2014. In 2014 alone, domestic crude production increased about 1.2 million barrels/day, or 16%

Obama governed during an exceptionally favorable supply environment for lowering oil prices, but the evidence doesn't support attributing the collapse primarily to Obama administration policy.

Trump turned what was a very favorable environment for oil production with prewar prices in the $50 range and a looming global oil supply glut into the biggest mideasf clusterf*** and oil supply disruption in history, because of his war of choice in Iran.

That's interesting ... But, in case you forgot or are purposely misremembering, you earlier said

"I want to see Diesel go to $10 a gallon in Middle America in time for Thanksgiving.

Just to make sure that MAGA understands who they voted for."

Well, it is at $6.20 in Kansas City (was just under $6 two days ago). There is a long way to go to get your desire.

And, yes, Diesel would go to $10 in CA well before middle America. We all know California policy makes Californians have gas prices up to 60% higher than "middle America."

MAGA!

Over $7 next?

Diesel at $10?

That's interesting ... But, in case you forgot or are purposely misremembering, you earlier said

"I want to see Diesel go to $10 a gallon in Middle America in time for Thanksgiving.

Just to make sure that MAGA understands who they voted for."

Well, it is under $6 in Kansas City. There is a long way to go to get your desire.

And, yes, Diesel would go to $10 in CA well before middle America. We all know California policy makes Californians have gas prices up to 60% higher than "middle America."

Are you in favor of the smog CA used to have?

No, I am not in favor of smog. Gas is much cleaner now in every state. I am also in favor of public transportation and EVs. Unlike TDS sufferers, I appreciate Tesla .

Because you complain about the smog remedies so it seems like you are in favor of a return to smog
