Wait until he releases even more criminals onto the streets.

According to this video, the crime rate in 1988 rose by 400%, right after I graduated, released from the confines of the Cal campus and unleashed upon the real world. I only take responsibility for 100% of that 400% crime spree, tops.

PS: excellent soundtrack by John Carpenter, I can't think of any other movie director who did his own soundtracks, and did them so well, genius!

R*pes are up 400% to 800% in Europe.

England released 40,000 criminals early to arrest 12,000 social media posters.

Proposal: A 2% income tax surtax on annual incomes over $1 million.
Target: Approximately 34,000 households.
Revenue: Estimated to generate $4 billion per year.
Purpose: To fund affordable housing, public transport, and social programs.

O

Two things. First, it always astounds me that people don't bother to spend a couple of minutes researching the stuff they post.

Second, the info you posted above floored me. If I'm doing the math correctly (always a dicey proposition) those 34,000 households averaged nearly $6 million of taxable income in excess of $1 million. Not increase in wealth, but taxable income.

Curious, I looked it up. The mean household income is about $128,000. The median various by borough, from $46,000 in the Bronx to $106,000 in Manhattan.

Income tax or sales tax are different from wealth tax.
Movielover said 4% wealth tax, as if someone worth $1B (however any NYC govt entity is going to calculate this is beyond me) is going to have to pay $40M in this new alleged wealth tax.

I mean, it's so farcical.
He doesn't even know what he's posting.

Either you're saying you support rape or you're saying you support arresting people for social media posts. Please elaborate

Reading ML's posts, rare as I do, is a crime against humanity.

I guess you're too dumb to figure things out here.

Oh, gee, yeah. I'm for rape. Good one, you really got me there.
VS
Arresting people for online posts….look, there's are other threads addressing censorship in serious ways. Freedom of speech.
VS
Satire and lighthearted humor.

Maybe chill out, smoke a spliff, and don't be daft.

Calling me dumb but I need to chill out? I think you might need that spliff darling.

No bro don't blame me, your post was just that dumb. So you're for arresting people for online posts? You still didn't answer the question

Look.
It makes you want to go get one, right?

The subtle power of suggestion to the mind that has become affected by mood altering substances cannot resist.

And just think, it's LEGAL, too now. So you can get high guilt free, worry free.

What a strange, strange post lol. Tell me you've never smoked weed without telling me.

No, seeing pictures of weed doesn't make me crave it. I know your brother had issues with it and I'm sorry about that but not everyone is a fiend who smokes

I'll be honest, when I use to smoke a bowl, I just laid on the couch and fell asleep. I was pretty much the worst guy to smoke with, but I have seen weed make people act in all kinds of weird ways. Some become super paranoid. My grandfather(WWII Vet) was hilarious. Some believe it makes them smarter than they are. My russian room mate use to watch hockey highlights and say Finnish players names in funny ways when he was stoned. French room mate use to just laugh a lot.

Libel = written or published false statements.
Slander = spoken false statements.

Libel is usually a civil matter, not criminal.
In most countries, including the United States, if someone commits libel, the harmed party sues them in civil court for damages (money).
The remedy is compensation, not jail time.

Criminal libel laws do exist in some places, but they are rare and controversial.
A few U.S. states still have old criminal libel statutes, but they are almost never enforced and often considered unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

The initial garbage post I responded to here raised the prospect of being held accountable for posting garbage.

I tried to add sauce humor suggesting the the (garbage) post itself was something that the poster should be held accountable for. Just a rip, but you wanted to suggest I'm for rape and now want to see if I truly want people arrested for online posts. Like, just more online arguing.
So I ripped back on you pot smoking confession.

Look, this is all so silly!
Why don't we just agree to immediately send Trump to his palatial retirement estate on Saint Helena Island and call the whole thing off?!?!

Peace treaty?
