"active promotion of racist groups"
"made racist postings under the supervision of the SPLC"
"coordinate transportation to the event for several attendees"
"directly paying leaders" (because nothing says "informant" like paying the guy in charge)
"high-level SPLC employee who had knowledge the documents had been stolen"
"donated funds would be used in the commission of state and federal crimes"
"SPLC opened bank accounts connected to a series of fictitious entities"

Yeah this doesn't look good for them

There's nothing more here that we haven't already discussed.

Yeah there is…
"directly paying leaders" (because nothing says "informant" like paying the guy in charge)
"donated funds would be used in the commission of state and federal crimes"P

So far all I see is that they were paying their own informants. If there is more, I guess it will come out.

Don't post Bernie quotes on Off Topic. DiabloTrump might take it to mean you are a Bernie supporter and then he'll start bringing it up as one of his repeated troll attempts when he is losing yet another argument.

The investigation into SPLC fraud started in the last administration under Christopher Wray but it was dropped for "unknown" reasons.

Believe it or not, sometimes I read things and come to my own conclusions. I don't give a damn if the SPLC is guilty of fraud, I just don't see actual strong evidence here.

The first step is always denial and then it progresses to anger, confusion, and cognitive dissonance.

A grand jury did. But then I guess some grand juries are more equal than others.

I also want to see what happens in an actual trial, which is why I'm not posting much on this (especially given the trial record of the current DOJ). But I've already read your arguments a million times verbatim on Twitter.

As the old saying goes, a competent prosecutor could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. The fact that the Trump administration failed even at this in the past just shows how bad they are.

As the old saying goes, indictments matter much more to Democrats when they are filed by Democrat administrations and don't matter otherwise

If you can point to when I was crowing about indictments under a Democrat, please do so. I think this is yet another episode of "Yogi thinks sycasey = all Democrats."

I like plenty of Bernie's ideas. I dislike Bernie Bros who blame the Dems for all of their ills.
