There is room for smart public-private management in urban policy, for example, a public Uber program, or privately-run grocery located in rent-free underused public spaces in food deserts.

We'll see if Mamdani will be up to the task, because he's going to be the next mayor.

Probably but there isn't enough conservatives in NYC, so he'd lose left support. He's just a terrible candidate that never should of ran, it's embarrassing that NYC could not find 1 decent moderate lol.

They are as bad. All Republicans and Democrats care about is power. Soon anyone in Texas or California will have little reason to vote.

The ad implies that somehow, there is something nefarious about Mamdani taking his wife out to dinner to celebrate a birthday at a sushi place that is not particularly expensive by NY or SF standards, a place where the filet mignon main course is $34.

If anything this exposes his attackers as being mean and dishonest. It is counterproductive in that it shows the couple being attacked for doing something that is pretty wholesome and mundane.
