And to make the situation worse, IF all these people are pursued, they will have to be pursued back in their home where they will likely be legally armed and much more dangerous. A lot of this has a direct link back to the Waco incident in the early 1990's. Law enforcement did what was necessary to pursue a violation of the law and it turned into a shootout because the criminals acted like criminals. Conservative media and politicians made martyrs of them and white 2A types have been treated with kid gloves ever since (I mean, they've always been treated with kid gloves but since then they can literally point guns at law enforcement and nothing happens).

Now, IF Biden's FBI pursues them, there will be shootouts and death.

The cold hard truth ... this is problem

Republicans are no longer fighting for Country, they are now almost exclusively fighting for Party.
They have lost their way completely upon the realization that their beloved ideals are at an absolute dead end in America.
They see it staring back at them in "their" Cities, and every day they see it creeping more and more into their towns. That dreaded word: tolerance.
The writing for the future is on the wall, and it is diverse: socially, economically, and religiously. They can't stand it.
They're trying to put the Genie back in the bottle, and can't figure out why they can't get a firm grip on it.
Ultimately we, The People, will have to put them down once and for all. I don't relish it, but it's a sad reality.
It will be ugly. It will be messy. There will be more blood. We will need to purge many from government, the military, and law enforcement.
And we will need to do it ourselves, although we will have help from the people in the system who actually love and respect this country. There are many.
We will need to find our modern-day Sherman and help him to finish what we should have just let the original take care of 150+ years ago.
As Rep. Lamb said this morning: "The truth hurts. We want this government to work more than they want it to fail."

I don't think there's a lot Biden will be able to accomplish because of the divide in the Senate, but one thing I am really hoping Biden delivers on is prosecuting the corruption and criminals. To me, that includes dealing with the disparate treatment law enforcement unleashes on American citizens. We'll see.

I saw a woman get shot and killed. I also saw videos of police fighting to protect their turf. And I saw some cops give up because they were hopelessly outnumbered.

It's not a whole lot different than in Portland, Seattle, or Minny. Cops fight, realize they're hopelessly outnumbered, and then give up to protect their own safety.

Really the only difference was that they were more prepared for for one vs the other.

There is no 'systematic plot' here.

Police in military riot gear were brought out in force to protect a statue from a peaceful Black protest. No one was brought out to protect the Congress from Nazis. Had this been a Black protest they never would have gotten close to the building and had they we would have seen a lot more shot before they got in. And no cop would have taken a selfie with one of them while they smashed up the Capitol.

Nobody claimed a plot. We claimed disparate treatment. You are just setting up a strawman.

Kamala's message is a lie though. At best case, it is a serious misrepresentation of the reality on the ground. At this time of division, what does Kamala do? She preaches messages that further divides and turns people against it other.

Once they broke into the Capitol, law enforcement's job was to protect our government officials.

They did not have the manpower or the responsibility to wait until they actually broke through to the House chambers and started attacking people to start protecting them. We could have had a lot of dead government officials yesterday and given the fact that members of the mob were roaming the halls looking for and screaming for politicians by name, there is real reason to believe that was the intent of some there.

I wish she didn't get shot and I wish she didn't die. But her actions caused the encounter.

What are these peaceful Black protests you speak of? Most of these riots consisted of white liberals and ANTIFA. The last thing I trust are your eyes, they only see what they want.
