^ I can't believe Cal university resources and reputation (or what's left of it) are being wasted on this kind of quakery.
Still believe that the vaccinated spread covid and the unvaccinated don't? Still believe that the shot is safe and effective? Still believe in coercing people to take drugs against their will, that informed consent doesn't matter? Still into vilifying those that don't share your views?BearForce2 said:okaydo said:LISTEN: Aaron Rodgers Fumes After Podcaster Sarcastically Asks Him 'How Many Grandmothers' He Killed By Not Taking Covid Vaccine https://t.co/DvUsqkmT8N

Vaccinated people can get COVID, but because their immune system has already developed antibodies the peak viral load is lower, the chance of death is FAR less, and the chance of transmission is less. That is why even with vaccination, we should not have dropped mask wearing until the COVID pandemic died out.
Just came back from two weeks in Japan which is over 80% vaccinated and everyone still wears a mask in public, indoors and outdoors. They they are mourning the almost 60,000 people that have died from COVID over the last three years.
In the US with active aggressive resistance to mask wearing and vaccination, over 1,100,000 people have died. Almost 20 times more than Japan, despite most Japanese living in the worlds largest city, entirely dependent on mass transportation.
Meanwhile, in the US, deaths dropped dramatically after 50% of the population was vaccinated and the highest rates of death from COVID (or heart attack, "respiratory illness" or related illness) are in the states (or region of the state, ie Southern California) with the lowest rates of vaccination.

US had a stretch of more than 2 months in 2020-21 with an average of more than 2,000 deaths per day. And, there was a stretch of six weeks in 2021-22 with an average of more than 2,000 deaths per day.Cal88 said:calumnus said:dmh65 said:Still believe that the vaccinated spread covid and the unvaccinated don't? Japan is in the midst of its worst covid crisis right now, 450 deaths just today.
Well, I thought the Damar Hamlin conspiracy theory was the craziest shit I'd heard today. It currently comes in at No. 2. https://t.co/fsqtSxAJAF

It's there's any honesty to his position on this, Aaron Rodgers would refuse to ever be employed by Johnson & Johnson heir Woody Johnson. https://t.co/mRcCqJfg8Q

I think that as long as AR plays at a high level, he'll have no problem finding a place to play and get paid very well. I mean, look at the contract Deshaun Watson signed with Cleveland last year.... I can't imagine he's more popular than AR in the court of public opinion.
NY is definitely a different environment. I don't follow him too much, but I haven't heard too much about Kyrie recently. His takes are on par with AR's. Have things died down around him?okaydo said:philbert said:

Man, I'm trying to imagine Rodgers in New York. Green Bay is pretty tame. But oh, boy.

A star player as thin-skinned as Aaron seems like a poor fit for the rabid NY media market.okaydo said:Man, I'm trying to imagine Rodgers in New York. Green Bay is pretty tame. But oh, boy.philbert said:
