And of course there's ZERO investment in additional copper mines here in the States even with a 50% tariff because it takes 28 years for a copper mine to come online.

When Ford decides to rebuild that infrastructure in the US, they can stop paying those tariffs. There's no reward to US companies producing goods outside of the US.

Please tell me (again) how Trump's tariffs have HELPED Ford?


When Ford decides to rebuild that infrastructure in the US, they can stop paying those tariffs. There's no reward to US companies producing goods outside of the US.


No reward to who exactly?

Trump and his dumb tariffs?
Or Ford?

Have you ever considered that the auto industry has spent BILLIONS on the most efficient and optimized supply chains of any industry in the world?

Those supply chains offer consumers MORE CHOICE AT LESS COST.

But Trump calls them dumb.
And of course, Trump is never wrong.




Trump is America first. If your company is using supply chains outside the US, then you'll be forced to deal with tariffs. Half the goal of tariffs is to bring production back to the US. US infrastructure, US workers, US profit.

He claimed that tariffs were designed by Trump to spur investment in aluminum production here.

If that were true, we'd be seeing a TON of companies investing in aluminum smelting and copper production here in the UNITED STATES.

That clearly hasn't happened.
