The warrant seems to be unrelated to the incident the cops were called in for, so I doubt they knew about it when they shot him. I guess we'll see.

Does their website have spyware or is it just in the app? I honestly don't know but I've been avoiding them just to be safe. I did go to G4R's link but I didn't watch it. Every other link on the page was to video of provocatively posed young women and that made me suspicious.

I don't know about this one Okaydo. The "hood" was a spit hood designed to reduce transmission of a virus and the dude had been talking about having COVID. He had some residual PCP in his system and was in an excited state. I don't know what the cops could have or should have done differently here. If they didn't do anything, he could have died of exposure.

Maybe this is an argument in favor of different kinds of public safety personnel to deal with guys like this that aren't necessarily dangerous but obviously need to be taken into custody but I wouldn't put this in the category of police brutality or police wrongdoing. This is quite different from George Floyd and the other instances of police brutality that have received national attention.
