I'm not sure if you are on Twitter but the level of invective and falsehoods now directed at Kimmel is because of what Rodgers said. You did not see any of this the day before. Now there's all kinds of fake legal documents that show he is on the list. There is nothing absurd or petty about calling someone out on their bullsh*t.
Nobody cares about Jimmy Kimmel that much.
Nobody cared about Molly Knight...then all of sudden, Aaron Rodgers called her out in a press conference, demanding she apologize for The Wall Street Journal's "COVID toe" article.
Except she had nothing to do with the article.
But that didn't stop Knight from receiving hateful messages and death threats, prompting her to leave her home.
As I recapped here:
https://bearinsider.com/forums/2/topics/107329/replies/2164256Now imagine Jimmy Kimmel, one of the most prominent people in America. Everybody knows where he works...and now, at the behest of Rodgers, people are trying to link him to being a child rapist. And being a child rapist is the worst thing you can be.
That's why Kimmel said Rodgers was endangering his family. Rodgers is a very powerful person, one of the most powerful athletes.
If he could do what he did to Molly Knight and make her life a living hell...Imagine what he's doing to Kimmel.
