What place has liberal law enforcement? NC? I worked with cops in the Bay Area, they were all for the most part pretty conservative Blue line types

I have spent time in neighboring Virginia's Courts. Regardless, if NC had control of its border, instead of being a US state, illegal immigrants with those crimes would not be there.
