She doesn't claim they were in the driveway, he still was impeding based on her claim. Either way, he was trespassing and was warned. Seems like a really simple way to avoid it would have been to listen to their warning

You missed the part where I said either way he was trespassing and warned

1. You don't know who was warned about what and when. That is taking the government at their word.

2. Further images of the scene already put lie to one of the claims the government made: that the protesters were interfering with vehicles entering the property. They were not in the driveway. Why trust anything else?


Okay sure, then you're taking the crazy "priest's" word. You think they are going to open the gate when crazies are on the property? No, hence impeding. Lefties have already shown they will rush the gates once opened.

Not taking anyone's "word." I saw the video, in which a guy is just standing on the sidewalk with his arms up and gets shot in the head. At that point the onus is on the shooter to prove why they weren't in the wrong.
