Seems like the obvious solution is to just naturalize people like Ibarra as quickly as possible. Then there will be no more Laken Rileys.

Per reports:

Jose Ibarra
  • is an illegal alien and a member of the Tren de Aragua gang.
  • crossed the U.S.-Mexico border near El Paso, Texas on Sept. 8, 2022.
  • was released into the U.S. interior with parole by DHS which cited a lack of available detention space. More than 8,000 detention beds were actually available.
  • ended up in the sanctuary city of New York City later the same month
  • reported to ICE agents in NYC for a biometric appointment where he was fingerprinted in July 2023, which showed Ibarra had a prior criminal history.
  • was arrested for acting in a manner that could injure a child in September 2023. Ibarra was not prosecuted, and the arrest was expunged.
  • applied for a work permit in November, 2023, which was granted in December
  • Requested and was granted a "humanitarian flight" to Georgia.
  • Murdered Laken Riley in February 2024.

Yes, but if Ibarra is a citizen, then murders like Laken Riley are just a statistic and all the nativist outrage is dispelled.

"The U.S. immigration system's backlog of 3.7 million court cases will take four years to resolve at the current pace. But that could balloon to 16 years under President-elect Trump's mass deportation plan, Axios' Russell Contreras reports.

Without a huge increase in immigration judges, millions of new cases would flood the non-criminal system. Trump's administration likely would need new detention centers nationwide to hold people suspected of being in the U.S. without authorization, possibly for years.

Immigration experts estimate the whole operation could cost taxpayers $150 billion to $350 billion.

By the numbers: Immigration courts closed 900,000 cases from Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024, according to data from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University.

That's the most cleared cases in a fiscal year, and 235,000 more than the previous year, TRAC reports.
At that pace, immigration courts wouldn't clear all of the active cases until 2028, an Axios analysis of TRAC data found.

Add 11 million undocumented immigrants ,who Trump said would be part of his mass deportation plan and the backlog would go into 2040 at the current pace, according to an Axios review."

You described decades of policy leading up until 2020. The last four years, though, have been an entirely different situation.

But the immigration problems didn't start then ... It started in 1924 and in 1965

Ahem, I was being generous in affirming your claim that the immigration problem has been a non-partisan issue. Apparently you have no idea what has happened in the last four years. Ignorance is bliss, until a flown-in "migrant" rapes and murders your daughter.

I didn't say it was his fault. The point is he told another lie, like Mexico is going to pay for the wall, to get elected. tRump is a salesmen and is full of sh@it. The people that buy what he is selling are chumps (like enrollees at tRump University)

Trump wouldn't have to incur this expense if your senile grifter president hadn't put the country in this horrible situation in the first place. And if your radical traitors do what is right and not block Trump's efforts, this can be accomplished for a fraction of those estimated costs. Perhaps Bukele can send some of his team to consult with DOGE.

If you increase the penalties for staying, and incentive leaving, millions will self deport. Part of that could be raxunf remittances to Mexico, Central and South America at 25%. Those funds would help defray costs.

It's difficult financially for a "migrant" from a far-off land to make it to the US. Thanks, UN (and Biden who funds this) for making it possible!

This is correct. Illegal and/or unfettered immigration also imposes significant costs, both financial and otherwise.

I suspect Laken Riley's family would be ok paying a bit more from the imports from Mexico (or wherever).

Should have just paid Black Americans instead of inviting immigrants into America to do work Black Americans had been doing for decades before. American greed wanted cheaper labor(while simultaneously continuing to destroying the Black family) nannies/housemaids/labors etc where all Black I see construction crews now all Hispanics why because they do it for cheaper/come with burden of slavery(still unpaid labor under threat if terrorism via human trafficking) Jim Crow , stolen generational wealth.

If you support politics/politicians who are anti abortion/pro life … it would be safe to assume you would have made her carry full term correct ? Yes or no ?
Next, violence against women is an American pastime but I guess since this situation allows y'all to put the dark&racist (disingenuous) immigration issue before women's rights in general? Yes or no ?

Just a thought

Not about immigration? Really? The irony of someone ranting about violence against women while supporting a justice system that gives a pass to people who do exactly that. The abortion question is a complex one and there are certainly extremists on both sides of the issue. Your views, if they are in line with the woke Left, are considered radical and inhuman in most of the world. That you find a way to slur everyone who opposes some form of abortion as racist and against women's rights is really something to behold.

More 'America is bad' with no facts to back the theory.

Female genital mutilation

Africa: 144 million
Asia: 80 million
Middle East: 6 million

America: small numbers, primarily immigrants from the above

The 10 countries with the highest prevalence of modern slavery are:

1. North Korea
2. Eritrea
3. Mauritania
4. Saudi Arabia
5. Trkiye
6. Tajikistan
7. United Arab Emirates
8. Russia
9. Afghanistan
10. Kuwait

10 countries where homosexuality may be punished by death

Yemen
Iran
Mauritania
Nigeria
Qatar
Saudi Arabia
Afghanistan
Somalia
Sudan
UAE

Pederasty is another barbaric practice - I can't find a comprehensive list, but it's known to be practiced in both the Middle East and India.

Brainwashed msm believers think deportation is too expensive and therefore Trump is a fool for trying it. Turn off your usual sources of information because they are all propaganda.
