Let's see, there wasn't a problem until the first day of the new administration when Biden reversed all of Trump's policies... then after three years of chaos, they basically reimplemented Trump's policies and presto-change-o things got better (not great but better). 3) A weak bill is proposed in Congress
4) Trump opposes weak bill and it fails
5) After letting illegal immigration run wild, Biden, with elections coming up and wanting to not have he and his border czar look super weak and helpless on curbing illegal immigration, passes weak executive order curbing immigration.

Perhaps Congress can pass a stronger bill?
