It's official. The FBI confirmed Hunter Biden's laptop was indeed, real.

Election interference. Why would 51 former intel officials risk their careers to lie for Biden unless they thought they wouldn't be caught or face the consequences?

Garland refused to hand over audio recordings of President Biden during his interview with special counsel Robert Hur. Why?

Robert Hur, a tRumpist, has already told the Republicans all they need to know and got them hard with multiple gratuitous comments in his report about Biden's memory.

I'm sure Fox News would love to get its hands on those recordings and do a mash up for broadcast.

The Democrats have an easier task. All they have to do is show a video of tRump's Las Vegas rally to prove that he is irrefutably cray cray.

Merrick Garland almost became a Supreme Court justice. Think about that.

It wasn't just the 51 former intel officials. The House Judiciary Committee released information that revealed that CIA contractors colluded with the Biden campaign in 2020 to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop.

If Biden doesn't run for re-election, Hunter has no chance at being pardoned?

…it's the Sixth Amendment that keeps tRump from convicting his enemies of imaginary crimes. He will need to install his military tribunals to do that.

"Former President Donald J. Trump over the weekend escalated his vows to prosecute his political opponents, circulating posts on his social media website invoking "televised military tribunals" and calling for the jailing of President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Senators Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer and former Vice President Mike Pence, among other high-profile politicians.

Mr. Trump, using his account on Truth Social on Sunday, promoted two posts from other users of the site that called for the jailing of his perceived political enemies."

Did Joe Biden give the order to assassinate Trump when he said "we're done talking about the debate, it's time to put Trump in a bullseye"?

Trump was right. He got impeached for trying to get to the bottom of this in 2019. It took the media only 4 years to publish it even though they knew about it. But they waited after Biden withdrew from running.

Did the Biden White House give orders to the CIA and FBI to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story? If so, shouldn't Joe Biden be impeached?

Laura Loomer tweeted a FEC document that proves Kamala Harris sent a payment to Mike Nellis' personal home on July 30, 2024. Mike Nellis is a former senior adviser to Kamala Harris and founder of White Dudes for Harris.
His business partner is Judge Merchan's daughter. Judge Merchan is the New York State Supreme Court justice that presided over the 2024 trial of President Trump.

There's a good reason why she's a previous CBS employee.

If there were to be a Biden scandal that knocked him out, then the D Party would stage a vibrant primary that nominates a prime, fit candidate ready to face down an old corrupt insane racist woman-abuser lying mean guy who'll be campaigning from jail.

Be careful what you wish for, you conspiracy nutjobs.

Everything you predicted was wrong.

It's good to see Democrats starting to play hardball. Finally.

And so John Dean is right: Biden should go further by issuing blanket pardons for the House panel investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, Jack Smith, Nancy Pelosi, and so on.

It would be a brilliant move. Donnie, Kash Patel, and Pam Bondi would be all wound up but have nobody to go after.

The Democrats always play hardball. The Republicans don't understand how to use power when they have it.

To bring it full circle, it was much ado about nothing. A sucker ends up falling so that GOP politicians could waste time and taxpayers' money.

If I was any of the people on that list, I would rather have the potential for a state court malicious prosecution action against the federal government in my pocket than a pardon for a garden variety MAGA fantasy based criminal prosecution. Remember, Trump's factually unsupportable proclamations of this guy or that guy is going to jail are made solely for the purpose of lathering up his extremely ignorant base.

*
1. Jack Smith has prosecutorial immunity regardless of how egregious MAGA fantasizes his misconduct;

2. Trump is trying very hard to suppress Jack Smith's reports. If Trump were to have his Justice Dept. prosecute members of the January 6 Committee, all of Trump's criminal misconduct would be fair game in the fashioning of the defense and would be aired publicly. Trump has shown he doesn't want that; and

3. The differential in the quality of the lawyering between the prosecution and the defense would be significant. Only corrupt, dense "yes" men will be appointed prosecutors in Trump's Justice Department and they will have little to no meaningful trial experience. Conversely, the most qualified attorneys in America will be furiously pushing each other aside, like Trump does to world leaders at a Summit, to shove Trump's false prosecutions up his very substantial rectum.

Biden said he won't pardon himself.
But let's not forget he is the first sitting U.S. president to be declared legally incompetent to stand trial.

We know you are either being cute or simply expressing one of your postmodernism "my truths," but in all seriousness, if Trump had lost and was subject to more criminal prosecutions, based on how he looked during his virtual appearance at the sentencing hearing last week in the "I paid off the porn star I f@ucked when my wife had just dropped my spawn" case, Trump would have a shot at a competency hearing:
