The organized protests may not be all be organic until it forms into a mob and then the rioting and looting really does start looking organic.

Blocking traffic, whether you're impeding ICE vehicles, or to draw visibility towards your favorite cause such as climate change is a very popular left-wing tactic.

Take this as a simple data point

1) These people SHOULD be deported
2) every ounce of credibiitty that this administration had as been burned with me so I don't trust this tweet at ALL and have a really hard time believing that someone with a forceable rape was "roaming the street".

That is a core problem with these people. They have lied so many times it is hard to know when the f they are telling the truth.

It happens all over the country. I know it's shocking to believe but thank goodness ICE is out there getting these type of criminals off the streets and out of our country.

Not advisable action by her, though it seems that by the time the ICE agents approached the car she was already waving people past and was preparing to leave. So I think the confrontation was probably still unnecessary at that point.

How is $120 Billion being distributed in a state of only 5.8 million people. That's insane. If half get nothing, that's $40,000 per year for 2.9 million people?

I don't know how accurate that number is, but Somalia's GDP is $12-13 billion for 2024-25.

Minneapolis Is Not Even A Close Call -- A Lawsplainer On Officer-Involved Shooting

The only perspective that matters is the perspective of the Officer at the time he uses deadly force in response to a threat.

"The Image above proves the ICE Officer was justified in his decision to use deadly force. He had no obligation to step out of the way that would benefit her or subject him to prosecution. He had no obligation to allow her to drive away from an attempt to detain her after the Officer at the door of her car ordered her to stop and exit the vehicle....

"...An "assault" is any intentional and voluntary attempt or threat to do injury to the person of another, when coupled with the apparent present ability to do so sufficient to put the person against whom the attempt is made in fear of immediate bodily harm....

"...The point is that Renee Good committed an aggravated felony against the ICE Officer before he drew his weapon and fired his first shot.

"IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER SHE ACTUALLY STRUCK HIM WITH HER VEHICLE.

"As the jury instruction states, the assault is complete "if the defendant's conduct places the officer in fear for his life or safety…

"That means that when the ICE Officer fired his weapon, he was attempting to "seize" a fleeing felon. All uses of force lethal and non-lethal to immobilize a suspected criminal offender are "seizures." The Fourth Amendment requires that seizures be "reasonable" in order to comply with the Fourth Amendment...."

"...Did the ICE Officer in Minneapolis have "probable cause" to believe Ms. Good had committed a crime involving the threatened infliction of serious physical harm? If yes … "deadly force may be used if necessary to prevent escape."

"...Just moments before the shooting, Ms. Good had parked her vehicle across the lane of travel in which she was headed, creating a hazard for other vehicles on the roadway. Ms. Good was completely aware and uncaring about the hazards she was creating for others by her conduct.

"She capped it off with a felonious aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against the Officer as she attempted to evade a lawful effort to detain her for her obstructive behavior."

[Photo of the final confrontation - partial analysis here]

"...The ICE Officer is now in front of her driver's side headlight, and her wheels are facing straight ahead. At this moment her front wheels break traction as she attempts to accelerate forward. Had the tires not spun on the ice she would have made immediate and forceful contact.

"Just a fraction of a second later you see the ICE Officer drawing his firearm her wheels are still straight. That's the moment he decided to use deadly force
*my emphasis* he recognized at that moment the fact that she was about to run him over. He resorted to deadly force in self-defense and defense of others.

"That's it.

"As a federal prosecutor, if tasked to evaluate the lawfulness of his decision to use deadly force, I would have cleared him based on these four images and the video source alone. No other video produced so far does anything to call that conclusion into question."

Always amusing to see MAGA try to coop Orwell's 1984. They have never read it and have no knowledge or understanding what Orwell's experiences were that inspired it's writing.

I don't know if this point has been raised here yet…. or anywhere else:

When multiple officers are on a scene and any one of the officers is at risk of being killed or suffering serious injury, the perpetrator often faces a fire storm of bullets because every officer senses the same danger and fires.

Multiple choice question:

Why did only one officer pull and discharge his service weapon at Ms. Good?

A) He was the only one that kept his cool and administered the necessary deadly force;

B) The other officers didn't like their fellow officer and thought he had it coming with regard to being run over by Ms. Good's vehicle and killed.

C) All the other officers realized that this was not a situation where a fellow officer was in danger of being killed or suffering serious physical injury.

*It is not helpful to the officer that killed Ms. Good that he had been a victim of a serious injury in a previous on the job encounter but rather it is an explanation for why he overreacted.

I knew I could count on you to be very un analytical.

As she drove off, they all would have pulled and have been firing because she was fleeing the scene of an attempt murder. You lack experience in these matters and have no basis for having a competent opinion. My guess is there will be ICE officers at that scene that will resign because they are traumatized by observing that f@uck up.

The personal attacks are so unnecessary just because you don't agree with the opinions I share.

You asked a flawed question that didn't lay out all the possible options.

No they wouldn't all be shooting because you're trained not to shoot into a moving vehicle unless your life is in danger.

My guess is you're wrong but if you hear about one of the ICE agents resigning, let me know.

I once did pro bono work for a Marine captain that was applying for benefits from the VA because of PTSD he suffered as a result of his combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He warned me that many police officers are veterans that served in Iraq and Afghanistan and that they have undiagnosed and untreated PTSD. He said they are ticking time bombs and if you cross them they explode.

I don't know if the officer that murdered Ms. Good is a veteran, but based on what Vance said about the officer's prior injury in a police encounter, he probably has PTSD as a result and that is why he overreacted.

Minnesota Statute 609.066, signed into law by Gov. Tim Walz on July 23, 2020, which authorizes peace officers to use deadly force against a vehicle accelerating toward them based on imminent threat of death or great bodily harm, without requiring actual impact.

Too bad a jury would find it didn't apply in the case of the Ms. Good murder.

*The officer has no worries. If he had pulled both women out of the SUV and capped them face down on the street in cuffs, Trump would pardon him.
