Semi-funny-but-true story: It was the California primary for the 2nd presidential election I ever voted in. I was still using my parents' house as my official residence, as I was just getting out of Cal and was still sort of a transient. The known-arch-conservative of the neighborhood always worked at the polling place. Back then, the community was majority GOP (now flip-flopped).

I go up to get my ballot. He starts to hand me a Republican one and I told him I wanted the Dem ballot. He smiled and said, "You mean the Communist ballot?" I was pretty shocked. Speechless, in fact. But as I left, dropping my ballot in the box, I told him, "Mr. C_ _ _ _ _, I just canceled out your votes on the propositions." If he was amused by my jocularity, he did not show it.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has made a massive ruling in favor of President Trump and the ICE removal process.

The nation's 360 immigration judges had previously ruled that illegal aliens (applicants for admission) should be granted bond and released during the removal proceedings.

The Fifth CCA has now ruled the aliens can be detained as they go through the removal process. This means ICE captures the illegal, holds them in detention and then rapidly deports them.

The ruling, which will likely be appealed to the supreme court, fast-tracks the removal.

Similar to when Pam Price became Alameda County DA. There were plenty of experienced Deputy DA's but they wouldn't handle her politically motivated prosecutions because they lacked merit.She couldn't fire them because they joined the Teamster's Union.

The ideologues she brought in to push her agenda couldn't find their arses in court with two hands so they kept making procedural f@uck ups.

Pam Bondi's DOJ has the identical problem. This is a perfect example how the Far Left and the Far Right are no different from one another.

Pam Bondi has beauty queens that can Rock a bikini drinking a Margie around the pool at Mar a Lago, but they can't locate which courtroom their case has been assigned to and once they find it they don't know what side of the counsel table to stand at.
