They would refuse the pardon. They don't need one. No crimes committed.
The irony is tRump may not be helping the people he pardons because they can no longer assert the 5th Amendment when they are questioned about the crime they were pardoned for and they may be tempted to lie or refuse to testify....which will be a new crime not covered by the pardon.
