I sort of agree with you about the laughing (just doesn't seem presidential) and the question-avoidance (hey, she has some things to figure out... like her positions on the issues). But I'm loving the way my Democratic Party has gotten themselves up to speed on the spin game. The laughing is now "joy"! (Thanks, Steve Kerr and Steph Curry!) And a lot of voters might turn out to be "pro joy"!

Have you seen all the elite-level messaging at the DNC (signs, etc.). The Democratic head honchos may have finally pulled their heads out of their asses! Look out, baby!

It is interesting that 20% of the spending by political organizations and candidates has been by non-Trump affiliated groups, including Democrats. It goes to show how generally involved his businesses are in this landscape. It appears that he would get in trouble if someone could show these businesses weren't charging fair market rates.

Do you have evidence that Trump business are charging these political organizations, Republican and Democrats, higher than normal rates to enrich Trump and thereby bribe him?

"Price gouging is when a business or individual charges an unfair price for a good or service during a time of need, such as after a natural disaster or other disruption to supply."

What the author of the posted article is alluding to are business transactions with donor money used to unjustly enrich candidates, this isn't price gouging, even if the businesses charged more than market price.

It's an old fashioned conflict of interest (and maybe price gouging but i dont know enough about the specifics). When you have influence over 2 organizations so you steer money from one into the other. My employer would fire me and possibly press charges if I did that.

Personally I hope all the donations go into Donold's pocket. It makes me laugh how stupid MAGAts are.
