Trump has not been convicted of anything resembling insurrection. In the only pseudo legal proceeding related to J6, he was found not guilty by the Senate. This decision isn't right.
How does one determine if a person was engaged in I's/R's?
You really think disqualifying someone from the ability to hold office wouldn't be predicated on some amount of due process? That is completely illogical. The only protection from political witch hunts is due process, which naturally flows from a criminal prosecution.

He is being filmed, those are sand bags to let him know exactly where to stand for the camera angle. Actors use this all the time. It’s nothing extraordinary for him. Sorry.

If late-counted mail ballots were Biden's 2020 path to victory, why were audits blocked everywhere except in AZ - where voter-volunteers then documented over 200,000 non-conforming (counterfeit) paper ballots?

Except ... since Trump will lose the 2024 election, which will be seen as a choice between Biden (and his team of proven leadership) vs. Trump (proven instability, unpredictability and criminality), Trump will in fact suffer the ignominy of being convicted of -- and being sentenced for -- far more of his crimes ....
Again, if I'm wrong about him losing the election I will own it, but I doubt I'll have to.

Never forget that nearly everyone who worked with Donald Trump in the WH refuses to endorse him for re-election and says he’s utterly unfit for office.

Looks like aside from two oldest polls which are also outliers (CNBC, Rasmussen - how shocking), the others are within the margin of error. It looks like a close race at this point with Trump slightly ahead and not the 8-10 percent blowout for Trump that the Trump fanboys around here have been claiming.bear2034 said:concordtom said:

Here's how you know how how of touch Biden voting liberal morons like Unit2Sucks are. They try to measure Trump by the same yardstick that they use to determine who is worth admiring and who has worth in society. To guys like Unit2Sucks, you admire someone based on their number of degrees and from which universities, what they say in public (whether it matches their actions or votes doesn't matter because it's the marketing that matters), and whether they honor the norms of society. And because that's the only way they are capable of viewing the world, they can't understand the appeal of this vulgarian who fails at all those measures.Unit2Sucks said:
