Biden gave America Clarence Thomas by keeping other witnesses from testifying at his Confirmation Hearing regarding his extensive history as a sexual harasser. The Federalist Society owes Biden one for that.

Without reading your link… my understanding is that (as someone previously posted here) the venue was the party to license the song, not the band. I believe that's what your link would say.

Well, it turns out these Barneys license their songs to these venues and therefore authorize those who use the venues to use the songs. Licensing to a venue is different from licensing to Donold. When the right is lying (all the time especially with Donold) you narrow definitions to the point of absurdity to protect them. When the left says something honest, you absurdly expand the meaning to accept any allegation of a lie. Your arguments are absurd.
