tRump's going to get 85-90M "votes" in the election. Explanation will be: Black and Latino voter turn out for him.
In the Iowa caucuses this evening, Trump won in votes from non-college-educated voters with something like 65%. Among college graduates, he still won, but with only something like 35% of the vote.
Why does he do so much better now with less educated voters?
Presumed answer: Pointy-headed intellectual elites lack basic common sense.
It's always been this way.
The caucus' are a joke. They aren't a real caucus - they are basically a time-limited in-person voting system and a quite limited demographic (98% white, 41% 65+, 76% 45+, 55% favor nationwide abortion ban).
They've failed the last 3 cycles to choose the eventual nominee (Ted Cruz (who Trump accused of cheating, naturally), Rick Santorum and Mike Huckabee were the past 3 winners).
And Trump, despite being the GOP incumbernt got just 51% of the vote. Imagine if Biden got 51% of the vote in a primary. The "liberal" media would be freaking out about what this means but for Trump we get ridiculous stories like CNN calling it a political "comeback" and touting it as the biggest win in Iowa history lol.
The real story is how many Republicans in Iowa refuse to vote for Trump. The fact that he only garnered half the vote against a bunch of zeroes like Haley, Ron D and Vivek shows how much weaker Trump is than he was in 2020.
