I was lucky to have a distant family member leave me a home and my partner had a neighbor looking to unload their tiny cabin for next to nothing.

Diablo Canyon is too close to the Pacific Ocean where Godzilla lives.

We should build 50 thorium plants before 2050. No radiation or risk of meltdown, no radioactive waste, cheap nuclear fuel. China is going to build that many plants in the next 3 decades, why can't we?
