Biden's only path for failure would be low turnout which is why I expect Trump's digital team to continue to push ads that depress the vote. Probably will try to scare people into not voting because of the pandemic.

be a shame if your country got broken..
> The fear? If Trump loses, he could very well claim voter fraud and refuse to cede power. Imagine Florida during the 2000 election by new orders of magnitude. "I worry about it every single day," says Elias.
or a do-over of the UK road-test proven Facebook fake out, famously described at cadwalladr's 15min Ted talk:

I'm not saying not to be vigilant, but the risk of Biden not becoming president if he wins the election is slim. Trump doesn't have 5 votes on the Supreme Court to do it legally. To this point the military has been the most honorable portion of our government. Even if some were tempted to support an overthrow, they know it would be the end of our country as we know it and would bring about massive civil war because no doubt at least some of the military (I believe all) would support the legal process. Attempting an actual coup would carry the potential for Trump's execution. I'm not sure Trump even still wants the job.
I have no doubt he will spend a lot of time yelling that the election is illegitimate. Frankly, I think the bigger the landslide, the louder he will scream (I couldn't have lost Texas! You know that is fake!) And a lot of his supporters will refuse to recognize the legitimacy of the new government. Frankly, so what? They already refused to recognize Obama.
His act will get tired fast when he is out of office. Besides, he is rapidly losing his faculties and believe me, if he loses, Republican politicians will mostly want him to go away pretty rapidly. Can you imagine what his Twitter is going to look like with no more adults to manage him?
In five years "I voted for Donald Trump" is going to be the new "I thought OJ was innocent".
